Terms of Service
Last updated · July 19, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Printuple, provided by Digitex LLC (DBA Printuple). Please read them carefully — by using the Service, you agree to them.
01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Digitex LLC, doing business as Printuple (“Printuple,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), that governs your access to and use of the Printuple websites, applications, and services (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business, and “you” refers to that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Printuple, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
03Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and for the actions of team members you invite. Notify us promptly at hello@printuple.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for maintaining any hardware, software, and network connections needed to use the Service, including the local network on which the Printuple Link agent runs.
04The Service
Printuple provides tools for running a 3D-printing business, including quoting, cost and profit calculation, filament inventory, order management, shop-floor workflows, printer control, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
The Service is under active development. Features are provided “as is,” may change or be unavailable from time to time, and we may update them as we improve the platform. We appreciate your feedback as we build.
05Fees & billing
The Starter plan is free. For paid plans, we make the applicable fees and billing terms clear before you are charged, and paid features only begin after you agree to those terms. We may change our plans or pricing, and when we do we will provide notice.
Any fees charged through the Service (for example, subscription fees, if introduced) are processed by our payment provider. Fees for connected sales channels, and any transaction fees charged by those channels or by Stripe, are governed by those third parties’ own terms.
06Your content & data
You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service — your products, models, catalog, customers, orders, and business records (“Customer Content”). As between you and Printuple, Customer Content is yours.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service, to operate the integrations you enable, and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit your Customer Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate any law. You can export your data and can ask us to delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.
07Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit anyone to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party rights;
- Upload or produce content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to make;
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours, or to defeat the Service’s tenant isolation or security controls;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent, or interfere with its normal operation;
- Reverse engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; or
- Introduce malware or otherwise use the Service to harm others.
08Storefronts, orders & payments
If you sell through a storefront that runs on Printuple, you are the merchant of record. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect and settle directly to you; Printuple does not hold your funds and is not a party to the sale between you and your buyer.
You are solely responsible for your products, your customer relationships, fulfillment, returns and refunds, and for all taxes, duties, and legal obligations arising from your sales — including providing your own buyers with any legally required terms and privacy notices. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe’s agreements.
09Third-party integrations
The Service can connect to third-party platforms and hardware, including Bambu printers and sales channels such as Etsy, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and they are responsible for their own products. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may change or end outside our control. You authorize us to access and exchange data with the services you connect in order to provide the Service.
10Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and the Printuple name and logo, is owned by Digitex LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights in and to the Service. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
11Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that quotes, cost estimates, or other outputs will be accurate for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
12Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTUPLE AND DIGITEX LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digitex LLC (DBA Printuple) and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Customer Content, your products and sales, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.
14Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period where practicable, as described in our Privacy Policy.
15Changes to the Service & Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
16Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Kentucky will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
